Grand opening of Dutch Wonderland – Lancaster’s own amusement park opens for the season this weekend, premiering their newest and largest roller coaster. Fun family activity to check out!
Race Against Racism – Annual 5K happening this Saturday, starts down in Lancaster City’s Musser Park at 9 am. You can walk or run, register ahead of time or on site that morning.
York Revolution Opening Weekend – Hop over one county to York to visit their local stadium and support their baseball team. Although opening night is tonight, they have home games happening all weekend, with some fun giveaways and fireworks Saturday night. AND they’ll be competing against Lancaster’s own home team, the Barnstormers.
Walk MS Lancaster – Lancaster’s Walk for MS happens this Sunday the 29th in Long’s Park. Registration begins at 10 am and walking begins at 11 am. 1 mile and 3 mile routes are available.
HersheyPark Opening Weekend – If you’re looking for more thrilling rides, and some delicious chocolate, you may want to head to HersheyPark. Friday is their opening day for the 2018 summer season, with open hours all weekend long.
