Today we’re sharing a few updates on the current Lancaster County real estate market. As you can see in the graphics below, homes available for sale and homes sold are up in July 2020 comparable to July of last year.
Conversely, days on market and interest rates are down. Meaning that it’s still a great time to buy – but it’s best to be prepared and pre-approved – because homes are selling quickly.
Average sales price is also up compared to last year – by nearly 6%.
