Why Real Estate? Why The Craig Hartranft Team? I wanted to make a change from marketing while having a flexible schedule so that I could attend more of my sons sporting events and participate in their activities. I had been watching Craig for many years and always respected his marketing efforts and how he focused on increasing visibility and awareness of his brand, so I made the move to join his team.
Favorite thing about working in real estate: Educating buyers throughout the buying process and seeing them happy at the end of the transaction.
Favorite thing about being a part of The Craig Hartranft Team: The camaraderie of the team is what I love. We truly are a team and will do whatever necessary for the good of the entire team.
What one piece of advice would you give to someone looking to buy a home? Have representation. You need a buyer’s agent in your corner so you fully understand the entire process of buying a home. And make sure you have an experienced agent.
Who/what has had the biggest impact on your life? My mom and grandmother. They were strong women with a high work ethic both in their homes raising their family or working outside the home. They were kind but firm. I learned how to be independent and that hard work will bring personal satisfaction.
