Background: Born and raised in Camp Hill, PA, I graduated from Millersville University with a degree in Communications. I’ve worked for Ashley Furniture and Brookside Motors prior to getting into real estate. I am married with two amazing children, a son and daughter.

Personal hobbies/interests: I enjoy golfing in my spare time, watching all kinds of sports, soccer, football, baseball, and hockey, watching movies and seeing live theatre, and spending time with family.

Why Real Estate? Why The Craig Hartranft Team? I have always loved being able to help people achieve their dreams and purchasing a home is a big dream for a lot of people. I joined the Hartranft Team because I could specialize in being a buyer’s agent and focus on developing relationships and assisting people with their home purchase. I’ve been able to utilize my passion to meet and help people.

Favorite thing about working in Real Estate: The people I get to meet and know on a personal level – I love developing relationships and friendships with people.

Favorite thing about being part of the team: The support of everyone through a shared wealth of knowledge, the fact that we are always positive, constantly working to improve ourselves personally and professionally, and the fact that the team is truly an extension of my family.

Craziest thing that’s happened to you while working in real estate: I have a knack for finding ice patches during showings. On several occasions I have been upended slipping on ice while my clients are with me.

What one piece of advice would you give to someone looking to buy a home?  There is no such thing as a perfect home. There will always be something that is not ideal, but focus on your must have items and you will find the right home for you and your family.

Who or what has had the biggest impact on your life and how? My father figures. My dad for instilling a good work ethic and genuine love to help people no matter their circumstances. My father-in-law who is also in the real estate business, for believing in me and helping me be the best version of my professional self.
