A recent market update provided from Bright, our local MLS, showed that new listings were down 12% in September 2021 from September of 2021, as well as sold listings down 4.6%.
Although new and sold listings were both down slightly over last year, the median sales price remains on the rise at $265,000, an almost 7% increase over September of 2020.
