Today we’re providing an update on the Lancaster County real estate market. Our market here in Lancaster remains busy with homes selling quickly and for top dollar. You can see from the graphic below that new listings and sold listings we’re fairly comparable for August of 2021 compared to 2020, only being slightly lower this year. However, median sales price is over 18% higher from last August.
