This slide shows us a variety of market stats, consistent with what we’ve been seeing throughout 2020. Median days to sell fell 50% from 2019 to a quick 7 days on market. In addition, interest rates are down over 25% to a low 2.77%. These are impressive numbers that definitely speak to the fast-paced market we see happening throughout Lancaster right now.
Average sales price also increased by over 12% from last year, to $266,721.
