Our monthly real estate market update this month shows the beginning of the Spring real estate market is definitely here in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. March of 2022 saw 598 new homes listed on the market for sale, a 33% increase over new homes listed last month.
Homes sold in March of 2022 came in at 375, a 15.7% decrease from March 2021’s 445 homes sold. Average and median prices remain on the rise over last year, with the average sales price in March 2022 coming in at $304,139 and the median sold price at $270,000, an increase from last March’s $271,369 and $240,000 respectively.
