Lancaster County’s real estate market continues to trend in similar patterns to what we’ve seen the last month or two. In comparing June 2023 to June 2022, new listings were down 29.7% and sold listings were down 9.6%. These numbers show the lack of new home inventory available for sale in Lancaster.
Average sales price remains on the rise, coming in 7.3% above last year at $357,013. Average sales price to list price ratio for June 2023 came in at 104%, meaning that most homes are selling for at or slightly above their asking price. Average days on market for June 2023 came in at 16 days, an increase of 12 days from 2022.
