This month we’re taking a look at May 2022 compared to May of 2021. The overall trends of 2022 compared to 2021 remain similar, with new listings being down 8% in May 2022 from 2021. Sold listings came in nearly equal to last May with 485 sold in 2022 and 491 in 2021.
Average sales price in Lancaster came in at $338,102, a 13.6% increase over 2021.
