Today we’re sharing our monthly market update as we do each month by looking at some stats from the current market here in Lancaster, PA. Looking at April, you can see that the infographic below shows new listings remain down 18% over April of last year, with 581 new listings hitting the market in 2022 compared to 711 in 2021. Interestingly, sold homes for April 2022 was exactly the same as 2021 with 455 homes sold.
Median price came in at $280,000, a 12% rise over the $250,000 median price of April 2021. Average sales price was $312,280, a 12.8% increase over 2021’s average sales price of $276,974. Average days on market in April 2022 was 13 days.
