    Feedback from Another Raving Fan

    Every once in awhile we like to use this space to share a great letter, feedback, or story we get from a client. We LOVE hearing from all of our clients – yes, even bad things – because we are always looking for ways to grow our business. This recent feedback shared by Megan, who recently purchased a home in Lititz through our team this January, was too good to pass up on sharing. Check it out.

    “If you are searching for a realtor who will advocate for you, guide you through sticky negotiations, remain a pillar of strength when it all looks like it will fall apart, and most importantly, close the deal…then use Keith Shaub or David Ishler as your Realtor. I had the pleasure of working with  them both. David secured a showing and got our offer together in a very fast-paced environment. Houses were going so fast in our neighborhood that if we hesitated to ask for a showing for a day, they were gone. It was nuts! David got a showing for our house right away and spent a good hour touring the home and answering all of our questions. He then got our offer together, offered some advice on how to make it stronger, and then stopped and took the time to read over it thoroughly with me to make sure I understood everything.

    At this point, Keith took over (he was our realtor originally and David just filled in while he was away). Keith started the process with us and had a very clear idea of what we were looking for. When he came back he got the ball rolling. We had a tricky negotiation take place that Keith handled beautifully and came to a solution that was mutually beneficial for us and the seller. The communication during the process was stellar. So above and beyond what I have received from realtors in the past. Every single week I got a check in even if they had no information for me just to see if I had additional questions. I’m super busy and I am fairly unfamiliar with the buying/selling process. I’m also demanding and hard to please and typically have at least one constructive criticism. I can think of none for Keith, Erica, David, or anyone else I interacted with. A month after buying the home I had an issue I was pretty sure was still under warranty. Keith got in touch with the seller who was able to get me in touch with the contractor and my issue was handled same day! They certainly don’t wash their hands of you once the deal is done. I love these guys! I am now a client of Keith’s for life and I will refer every person I can. Why not work with the best?”
