Client Feedback from another Raving Fan

Every once in awhile we like to use this space to share a great letter, feedback, or story we get from a client. We LOVE hearing from all of our clients – yes, even bad things – because we are always looking for ways to grow our business. This recent feedback was shared by Jared, a client who just purchased a home in Hempfield with one of our amazing buyer agents, David Ishler. 

“My fiancé and I were first time home-buyers, and we couldn’t have had a more pleasant and rewarding experience with David and the Craig Hartranft Team. When we wanted to start looking for a house, we sat down with David and he went over every step of the process in detailed and easy to understand  terms.

We started our search and met with David at a few properties over the next week, gaining experience and ideas of what we were looking for along the way. Our search then landed on an upcoming property that would be available to view in person a couple days later. It hit all our criteria based on the listing and pictures. David was able to work it out for us to see the property a day before it was going live for viewings. Talk about a VIP experience! We got our sneak peek and fell in love with it. On our viewing day, we found out that another couple had seen the property early and were likely submitting an offer, so we didn’t want to miss out on this opportunity. David stayed up late and helped me create a strong offer on my time after work that night and submitted it for us. Talk about dedication and going above and beyond for a client!

We were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted, so then it was onto the next step of getting approved for the mortgage. Every person that we came in contact with took great care of us and guided us smoothly through the entire process. It’s amazing how helpful and accommodating everyone was day in and day out. On settlement day we met with David at the property and did our walk-through. He helped us verify everything was working properly…and even went above and beyond to go next door to our new neighbors house to borrow a pan to test out a suspect burner on the stove.

After that it was time for settlement. The red carpet was rolled out for us with my name on the sign leading into the conference room for closing. Settlement was smooth and effortless. Now we are homeowners!

I couldn’t have asked for a better, more easy and streamlined home-buying process. You always hear from friends and family about the bad things that can happen or go wrong over the course of buying a home. Those stories braced me for some rough times throughout the process, but those never came. The Craig Hartranft team should be where everyone goes when they want to buy a home. It was an outstanding experience that I will be sharing with my friends and family for years to come.”
