At The Craig Hartranft Team, our primary focus is on YOU, the client. Our number one priority is providing you with excellent customer service, while representing your interests. Craig is a Lancaster County native who began a career in real estate after time in the Air Force and as a Lancaster City police officer. Craig decided to start a real estate team in order to help families through what is often one of their largest life transitions, and now has over 30 years of experience in local real estate. Our team has now grown to 25 members who are all committed to helping our clients first and foremost.

This devotion to serving our customers is why we have been Berkshire Hathaway’s #1 team in Lancaster County for the past several years; as well as #5 nationally in Berkshire Hathaway for 2021.  In 2021 alone our team sold 498 homes, amounting to over $160 million dollars in sales.

In addition to being a team full of expert real estate agents, we have a full-time staff who is available to answer questions and assist you with your needs. Our superb staff hold individualized roles as well so that each facet of your real estate experience is covered with expert knowledge and ease. We also offer use of our free-moving truck when you buy or sell a home with our team.
