Craig is a Lancaster County native who began a career in real estate after time in the Air Force and as a Lancaster City police officer. Craig decided to start a real estate team in order to help families through what is often one of their largest life transitions, and now has over 30 years of experience in local real estate. Our team has now grown to over 20 members who are all committed to helping our clients first and foremost.
This devotion to serving our customers is why we have been Berkshire Hathaway’s #1 team in Lancaster County for the past several years; as well as #4 nationally in Berkshire Hathaway for total homes sold in 2023, #5 in 2022 and 2021, #2 in 2020, #3 in 2019, and #5 in 2018, 2017, and 2016. In 2024 alone our team sold 444 homes, amounting to over $178 million dollars in sales.
